Step back into the Cold War era! Tour one of Nelson's most fascinating spaces — a 1950s/60s fallout bunker restored by the Nelson Museum. From iodine pills and Geiger counters to board games and ashtrays, visitors get a glimpse of the vast measures taken to create normalcy in an extraordinary time. Runs every Wednesday in summer. Adult admission required; children under 19 always free. Register in advance.
